Refund policy
Our return policy varies depending on the product you have purchased. We have different policies for our live online courses/workshops and our digital PDF guides. Please read the specific terms for your purchase below.
Online Courses and Workshops
We want you to be satisfied with your learning journey. For our online courses and workshops, we offer a refund period based on the following two conditions:
- You can request a refund for up to 14 days after the date of purchase.
- Your refund request must be submitted at least 7 full days before the scheduled start date of the course or workshop.
To be eligible for a full refund, your request must meet both of these conditions. This policy allows us to manage our small class sizes and ensure a great experience for all participants.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date are non-refundable.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a course or workshop, you will be notified immediately and receive a full refund.
Digital Products (PDF Guides)
Due to the immediate, digital nature of our PDF guides and other downloadable materials, these products are non-refundable. All sales of digital downloads are final once the product has been sent to you via email.
Issues with Your Order
If you experience a technical issue with your digital file (e.g., a corrupted file) or believe you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@mydutchjournal.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
To start a return or cancellation process for an eligible course or workshop, please contact us at info@mydutchjournal.com. Please include your order number and the name of the course you wish to cancel.
